4700 SOUTH HISTORY

The property off of South Santa Fe has been in the Cameron Family since the early 1980s. In the late nineties, it transformed with the growing economy in Denver. Santa Fe became a desirable location for multi-tenant office warehouses due to high commercial and industrial use and the major east-west and north-south arterials.

In 1998, 4700 south constructed their first building, 4720, launched the growth of a small but dynamic business community – soon followed by buildings 4750, 4731, and 4719. The buildings have a variety of tenants including light industrial and small manufacturing, service, engineering, and retail companies. Currently, the complex houses seven buildings, including All American RV, Arnes Electric, and Regency Electric, as well as the nearby build-to-suit World of Tile building completed in 1999.
